We collect information you provide directly: account information (name, email), business profile data, and insurance policy documents you upload for analysis. We also collect usage data including device information, IP addresses, and interaction logs for service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) process your insurance policy analysis; (c) communicate with you about your account; (d) ensure platform security; (e) comply with legal obligations. We process uploaded documents solely for the purpose of generating your audit report.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3), row-level security in our database ensuring users can only access their own data, and regular security audits. Policy documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access controls.

4. AI Processing

Your policy documents are processed using Anthropic's Claude AI. Document content is sent to the AI model for analysis but is not used for model training. Processing occurs in enterprise-grade secure infrastructure. We retain processing logs for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or policy information. We share data only with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery); (b) as required by law; (c) with your explicit consent. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the life of your account. Audit reports are retained for 3 years from creation. Uploaded policy documents are retained for 90 days after audit completion, after which they are automatically deleted from our storage systems. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Your Rights (CCPA)
