3. Not Insurance Advice

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE ADVICE, LEGAL ADVICE, OR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION. All reports and analysis generated by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. No broker-client, attorney-client, or advisory relationship is created through your use of this Service. You should always consult with a licensed insurance broker or agent before making any insurance coverage decisions.

4. AI Limitations

Analysis generated by our AI system may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The AI may misinterpret policy language, miss important exclusions, or make incorrect recommendations. All analysis results should be independently verified by a qualified insurance professional before any action is taken.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
